Hoy día para alegrar la vista en el Mercado, una visita para hacer el menú de la noche. Rodaballo, con aceite de oliva, sal e ingrediente secreto… las visitas a la Plaza de la Esperanza son todo un placer para la vista y para los oídos. Me encanta la gente, los comentarios, sus explicaciones a mis preguntas… Todos los sábados que podemos nos acercamos a primera hora de la mañana Sofía y un servidor para disfrutarlo por la noche. Así de simple es disfrutar, la gente lo hace posible, forman parte de mi teoría del 15 %.
Sofía en la Plaza

En Madrid era un habitual los sábados en el Mercado de Maravillas, creo que el más grande de España. Ahora en Cantabria, me paso de vez en uando por la Plaza, y es una gozada, y con mucho más sabor que cualquier otro mercado que conozca.

Together with everything that appears to be building throughout this subject material, many of your viewpoints are actually very exciting. On the other hand, I appologize, but I do not subscribe to your entire plan, all be it exciting none the less. It seems to everybody that your remarks are not entirely validated and in reality you are yourself not really fully confident of the assertion. In any case I did take pleasure in looking at it.
